Centre Closed

Hi everyone, the Centre is closed to help stop the spread of Covid-19. No one we know of has been infected it’s just a precautionary thing to protect our vulnerable users, volunteers and staff.

The Management Board will be reviewing this every 2 weeks and we’ll let everyone know once we are opening up again.

If you need to get in contact with us we will be available through our Facebook page’s messenger, through our email or by calling the Centre Manger’s Mobile Number;

Carol, Centre Manager’s Number: 07729 389593

From everyone at Crownway, we hope you all stay safe and healthy.

Tesco Bags of Help Follow Up

Two of our volunteers taking a well-earned break in the sun on our new picnic bench, which we bought with the money we won from Tesco Bags of Help. We bought two of these benches and two parasols to go with them.

Thank you to everyone who voted for us and we hope that you will come down to the Centre to enjoy our outside seating area with us.

Tesco Bags of Help Funding

Currently, Tesco is holding a community vote on which organisation should receive their ‘Bags of Help Funding’ which helps local organisations complete projects. We at Crownway are currently one of the organisations vying for this funding. Voting runs from 1st of March to the 30th of April. If you would like to help us complete our project please vote at one of these Tesco stores;

Earlestown, Haydock, St Helens

Just ask for a token at the checkout or if you are at the self-checkout don’t forget to grab a token before you leave.
Further details including what our project is can be found in the poster below.

From all staff and volunteers at Crownway Community Centre, your support is greatly appreciated!
