The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers. The Citizens Advice service aims:

To provide the advice people need for the problems they face.
To improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.

The service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination. Come along to Crownway Community Centre every Friday between 10.00am – 1.00pm and meet with an advisor for support, advice and guidance on any debt-related queries or problems that you have.

Ward Councillor Surgery

If you have a complaint or problem about local issues, come along for help or advice from your Ward Councillor, Terence Maguire (Independent).

In 2021, the surgery is held on the following  dates:

From 10 am to 12 pm on the first Monday of each month: 7th June, 5th July, 2nd August, 6th September, 4th October, 1st November, 6th December

From 5 pm to 7 pm on the third Thursday of each month: 20th May, 17th June, 15th July, 19th August, 16th September, 21st October, 16th December
