Newton & Earlestown Food Bank

Unfortunately, the Newton and Earlestown Food Bank is no longer in operation as of August 17th 2014. This community project ran successfully for over twelve months and distributed over 100 food parcels to those in an emergency crisis in the town. We’d like to thank everybody that was involved and especially to those that donated items, your contributions made a significant difference to local people.

If you are experiencing a short term food crisis, please contact the Trussell Trust Food Bank based in St Helens. At present, they have an outreach service based at St John’s Church in Earlestown (near the bus station / large car park) every Wednesday 11am – 1pm.
